The coach analyzes your profile, completed paths, and earned skill credentials, then proposes a personalized trajectory: skills to acquire, learning paths to take in what order, and intermediate roles to consider. Every recommendation links straight into your Self-Paced Path queue so you can start immediately.

Return monthly — the coach re-evaluates your progress and adapts the plan as you grow.

From the dashboard, open Resume Fit and upload a resume. Paste a target job description, and you get an instant gap analysis: matched skills, missing skills, a suitability score, and a one-click recommendation to generate a learning path that closes the gap.

It's the fastest way to know whether someone is ready for a role — without guesswork.

Resume Fit compares one resume against one job description — useful for hiring decisions and individual gap analysis.

Role Fit compares an existing employee profile against a role from your org's catalog — useful for internal mobility, succession planning, and identifying ready-now / ready-soon talent.

Both feed into the AI Career Coach's recommendations.

Open Interview Ready from your dashboard, pick a role and difficulty (e.g., Sales Manager · Behavioral), and respond to AI-generated questions in text or voice. You receive structured feedback on each answer — clarity, depth, gaps, and suggested improvements.

Review your full interview history to track progress over multiple sessions. It removes the "we just hope they're ready" risk from internal mobility.

Open the path you want to publish. In the action bar at the top of the path, click the Publish icon (cloud-arrow-up). The path becomes immediately discoverable by every learner in your organization.

You can also choose to syndicate it to the Public / Curator catalogue so other organizations can discover your expertise.

Click the Schedule icon (calendar) in the path's action bar. Pick a date, time, timezone, and assign a trainer. The session badge appears directly on the learning path so learners know when to join.

Yes. Org admins can connect Microsoft SharePoint, Google Drive, Confluence, Notion, or upload documents directly. Once connected, every learning path you generate is grounded in those sources, with citation links back to the originals.

When source documents update, the connected paths and Xeva's responses refresh automatically — no rebuild required.

Inside any learning path, click the PDF icon in the action bar. The entire path — content, structure, and quiz questions — is exported as an offline-ready document. Useful for compliance archives, dealer field kits, or audit reviews.

You can update your profile information anytime through your dashboard settings. Changes to your learning preferences will automatically update your personalized learning path.

Your learning progress and earned credentials remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation. You can export your certificates and achievement records at any time.

Tokens are consumed when XcelUP performs AI work on your behalf — generating learning path content, narrating subtopics, transcribing voice questions, and so on. Your current token balance is shown on the dashboard and in the Token Usage page.

Different actions consume different amounts. Path generation uses the most; using Xeva for chat is comparatively light.

Visit Subscription Plans from the dashboard or your profile menu. Pick the plan that fits, complete checkout, and your token balance updates immediately.

Org admins can manage billing for their entire organization from the OrgAdmin console.

Receipts are emailed to the address on file at the time of purchase. For invoices or tax-formatted receipts, contact hello@xcelup.com with your account email and the date of purchase — we'll send them within one business day.
